Although it is better for maximum benefit to let the aromatherapy oils gently soak into your skin.  If you prefer, we have shower facilities you can use before and/ or after your oil and aromatherapy massage

The only difference between Oil and Aromatherapy is:  The oil massage is purely a high quality base oil such as Baby Oil.  This is used as there is no additives or aroma’s added.  You still get benefits from the oil massage, especially if you have dry skin
